About the role
Revolut is looking for a Data Scientist to lead analytics for its credit and lending products. You will work closely with product, design, and engineering teams to turn data into actionable insights that improve customer experience and drive business growth.
Key responsibilities
- Improve and optimise existing credit algorithms.
- Build and prototype new proof‑of‑concept models.
- Deliver data‑driven solutions that enhance product performance.
- Research, develop and scale PoCs into production‑ready data products.
- Collaborate with product owners, engineers and fellow data scientists to solve complex data problems.
Required profile
- Proven experience building and leading a data‑science team in a scaling organisation.
- Expertise in developing credit risk models.
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field (e.g., mathematics, computer science, engineering).
- Strong foundation in probability, statistics and strategic problem‑solving.
- Excellent communication skills for partnering with senior stakeholders.
