Digital Business Platforms / SAP Consultant (Finance & HR)

About the role

EY is looking for consultants to join exciting client projects in next‑generation enterprise resource management, focusing on Digital Business Platforms such as SAP. The position involves supporting large‑scale business transformation initiatives in Finance and Human Capital, extending beyond traditional ERP solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in IT‑enabled business transformation and technology consulting projects, with a focus on SAP or other Digital Business Platforms.
• Analyze and design business processes, develop information‑system concepts, architecture and design.
• Assess and improve technology management across various organisations.
• Establish and nurture relationships with project teams.
• Continuously develop knowledge in technology and business consulting areas.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal, analytical and critical‑thinking abilities.
• Ability to collaborate in an international team and communicate effectively.
• Zero to some experience with SAP or other leading ERP platforms (academic‑level understanding acceptable).
• University degree in IT, Mathematics, Physics, Economics or related fields.
• Fluency in English and Lithuanian.
• Analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a dedicated and innovative mindset.

Required skills

• SAP (or equivalent industry‑leading ERP platform).
• Business requirement analysis.
