About the role

Now, we’re looking for someone who can help us push our digital growth further across multiple international markets. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, technology and AI.

Key responsibilities

Work with the team to implement growth initiatives across digital channels
Manage, optimise and evolve digital platforms and websites
Improve web performance with a strong focus on UX and measurable outcomes
Run experiments quickly without long development cycles
Work with SEO, AI‑SEO and GEO to grow organic visibility
Use AI tools as part of the daily workflow
Leverage analytics to drive data‑based decisions
Bring ideas, insights and initiative to continuously improve results

Required profile

3–5 years of relevant experience (agency experience is a plus)
Fluent English (required)
A mindset of continuous learning and growth

Required skills

Digital advertising platforms
Understanding of conversions, funnels and user journeys
Hands‑on experience with SEO and AI‑driven SEO approaches (AI SEO, GEO)
