Digital Project Manager

About the role

Mediatech is looking for a structured and proactive Digital Project Manager to keep complex SEO projects moving and align diverse stakeholders. You will bring order to complexity, improve processes, and ensure good ideas become well‑executed initiatives that drive organic growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate SEO projects from planning to delivery, ensuring alignment with team goals and timelines.
• Collaborate closely with content, product, and development teams to deliver integrated SEO solutions.
• Define project scope, priorities, timelines, and key milestones, and monitor progress using ClickUp.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders through regular updates and structured follow‑through.
• Track project performance, identify bottlenecks or risks, and make data‑informed adjustments.
• Support the improvement of internal processes, workflows, and automation to increase team efficiency.
• Help structure team priorities and performance tracking using frameworks such as OKRs.
• Assist with departmental coordination tasks, including invoice and payment administration.

Required profile

• Experience in project management or coordination within a digital environment.
• Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple moving parts.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally with content and development teams.
• Confidence using project‑management tools and thriving in deadline‑driven settings.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented, and comfortable taking ownership of tasks.
• Adaptability to changing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Interest in digital marketing, SEO, and performance‑driven work.
