Engineer / Project Assistant (Construction Estimates)

About the role

We are looking for an Engineer/Project Assistant to support calculation, estimating and scheduling of construction projects for our operations in Lithuania and Germany. The role combines technical analysis with coordination within the engineering and estimators team.

Key responsibilities

• Set project calculations, cost estimates and timelines for new construction assignments.
• Perform detailed calculations and analyses for projects in Lithuania as well as international projects in Germany.
• Provide accurate cost estimates to support company decisions and project implementation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (or final‑year student).
• 1–2 years of engineering experience in the construction sector (preferred).
• Strong organizational, communication and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of an engineering & estimators team.
• English proficiency at minimum B2 level (written and spoken).

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
• Basic knowledge of the Sistela estimating software.
• Basic knowledge of the Astera estimating software and willingness to learn.
