Graphic/Motion Designer

About the role

Breakneck Studio is looking for a Graphic/Motion Designer to create high‑performing ad creatives for Meta, Google and TikTok. You will work in a fast‑paced, feedback‑rich environment, turning concepts into static and short‑form video ads that capture attention in the first three seconds.

Key responsibilities

• Design static and short‑form video ads for Meta, Google and TikTok.
• Research competitor ads, platform trends and customer language.
• Build video ads that capture attention quickly and drive clicks.
• Apply motion graphics where they clarify the message.
• Pitch original concepts and not just execute briefs.
• Deliver high‑volume concepts without compromising quality.
• Leverage AI tools that genuinely speed up production.

Required profile

• Proven experience in graphic design and video editing for performance marketing.
• Skilled in After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop and Figma (or equivalents).
• Understanding of what makes Meta and TikTok ads perform.
• Visual storyteller with a strong sense of pacing and detail.
• Curiosity about applying AI to creative work.
• Ability to work independently and own projects.
• Clear communication in English and Lithuanian.
• Comfortable thriving in a feedback‑rich environment.
