High-Net-Worth Client Relationship Manager – Europe

About the role

Mintos is seeking an experienced High‑Net‑Worth (HNW) Client Relationship Manager to serve its European HNW investors. Based in Lithuania, you will build trusted relationships, guide clients through the platform and help them maximise the wealth‑building opportunities Mintos provides.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential HNW investors across Europe through networking, referrals and outreach.
• Present Mintos’ multi‑asset investment offering in a clear, tailored manner.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date CRM of prospects and clients, ensuring data accuracy.
• Manage ongoing relationships with existing HNW clients, keeping them active and satisfied.
• Guide clients through onboarding and verification processes for a smooth experience.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product and Compliance teams to address client needs and feedback.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in client relationship management, sales or account management, preferably in financial services or fintech.
• Strong interpersonal abilities with a proven track record of building trust‑based relationships.
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional European language is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or related field; CFA or similar certification is advantageous.
