Intelligent Automation Consultant

About the role

Accenture is seeking an Intelligent Automation Consultant to help leading organizations redesign how work gets done. You will design and deliver automation solutions using platforms such as Power Platform, UiPath, and Blue Prism while collaborating directly with clients to translate business challenges into scalable digital outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver automated solutions across process automation, custom development, and AI‑driven capabilities.
• Partner with operational users to create virtual workforces and map current and future state processes.
• Support implementation of automation solutions within agreed budgets and timelines.
• Produce well‑documented, supportable, and extensible code while coordinating with consultants, partners, and clients.
• Identify, extract, manipulate, visualize, and evaluate data to generate operational benefits.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with Robotic Process Automation using Power Automate, Power Platform, UiPath, and Blue Prism.
• Preferable background in Business Process Management and Process Mining tools such as PEGA, Appian, Camunda, or Celonis.
• Familiarity with Intelligent Automation technologies (Automation Anywhere, OCR, NLP, Machine Learning) is a plus.
• Strong programming foundation and willingness to train on automation tools.
• Web development skills (HTML, CSS.NET, C#, Python).
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to gather business requirements from clients.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is advantageous.
