Junior Email Marketing Manager

About the role

Bioma Health is looking for a Junior Email Marketing Manager to own and grow our email campaigns. You will work closely with creative, marketing, and product teams to design data‑driven, personalized email strategies that boost sales and support our business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop and execute targeted, triggered email campaigns.
• Apply best practices in email deliverability and deployment optimization.
• Analyze campaign performance, considering seasonality, customer segments, and competitor behavior.
• Conduct A/B testing and use analytics to continuously improve email effectiveness.
• Maintain a healthy subscriber database through regular list hygiene practices.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in email marketing.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on performance optimization.
• Proactive, ownership‑driven attitude and ability to work independently.

• Gross salary range: €2,000 – €2,900 per month (not publicly displayed).
