About the role

Grigeo Group is looking for a Packaging Designer to create and adapt corrugated cardboard packaging and print designs. You will work closely with production, sales and technology teams to bring innovative packaging solutions to market.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and adapt corrugated cardboard packaging concepts.
• Create print‑ready artwork for packaging.
• Produce 3D prototypes and samples using plotters and rapid‑prototyping tools.
• Prepare cutting and printing orders and liaise with suppliers.
• Maintain technical product information and documentation.
• Collaborate with sales, technologists and other internal teams.

Required profile

• Higher education or equivalent in design.
• Experience in design, construction or layout work.
• Ability to merge creative ideas with technical thinking.
• Proficiency with CAD, Adobe Illustrator and CorelDraw.
• Collaborative, initiative‑taking and goal‑oriented.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, change‑driven environment.
• Fluent communication in Lithuanian and English, both written and spoken.
