Senior Product Designer

About the role

We are building an all‑in‑one AI platform that automates routine tasks for teams. As a Senior Product Designer you will shape AI‑native experiences, turn complex problems into intuitive solutions, and help our product feel coherent across the ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineering to navigate ambiguity and define what needs to be built.
• Lead problem discovery, run rapid experiments, create prototypes, and validate designs before development.
• Conduct low‑effort, AI‑assisted user research regularly to gather insights.
• Design experiences that build trust while accounting for AI hallucinations, latency, and model limits.
• Think system‑first, ensuring consistency across the product suite.
• Ship imperfect MVPs quickly, iterate based on feedback, and keep the long‑term vision in focus.
• Prioritize multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain quality standards.
• Share feedback, improve design patterns, and help scale the overall product experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a fast‑moving startup environment.
• Demonstrated ability to design AI‑powered or complex systems with a systems‑thinking approach.
• Strong communication skills for explaining trade‑offs and design reasoning.
• Experience identifying key assumptions and validating them through experiments or user insights.
• Ability to define success metrics and use product data to guide iterations.
• Hands‑on experience with user research methods such as analytics, usability testing, and interviews.
• Independent yet highly collaborative work style.
• Curiosity about AI and how UX can make AI understandable and trustworthy.

Required skills

• Basic technical understanding of modern web technologies.
• Familiarity with AI‑assisted design tools (e.g., AI‑driven prototyping, research assistance).
