About the role

The Service Manager will lead active service sales to both existing and new customers, ensuring high‑quality service delivery and client satisfaction at our Kaunas location.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell service solutions to current and prospective clients.
• Welcome customers, manage their service requests, and oversee quality control.
• Complete technical service documentation and provide basic vehicle information.
• Prepare service documents and operate the Automaster administration system.
• Handle telephone communications and coordinate shift schedules.

Required profile

• Higher or professional technical education.
• Relevant experience in automotive service or administration (preferred).
• General knowledge of vehicle operation and components.
• Strong communication skills and customer‑oriented mindset.
• Motivation to deliver the best service and achieve earnings goals.
• Organizational ability, responsibility, and willingness to work shifts.
• Proficiency in English; Russian language skills are a plus.
• Computer literacy and ability to use service administration software.
