UX/UI Designer

About the role

We are looking for a creative UX/UI Designer to join SameSystem’s growing product team. You will shape intuitive digital experiences for our retail workforce management platform, helping retailers optimise staffing and boost sales.

Key responsibilities

• Prototype and design end‑to‑end customer journeys for new features.
• Collaborate with product owners, subject‑matter experts and internal product specialists during live workshops.
• Work closely with the UX chapter to gather and deliver feedback.
• Partner with back‑end and front‑end engineers to ship high‑quality solutions.
• Initiate data collection, analyse insights and apply them to design decisions.
• Research trends in retail and restaurant industries.
• Contribute to and maintain the design system.
• Support squad and chapter members and help define squad direction.

Required profile

• Passionate about continuous improvement and making an impact.
• Team‑player who enjoys helping colleagues.
• Skilled product designer familiar with design patterns and SaaS best practices.
• Able to simplify complex problems and empathise with users.
• Comfortable working with data – collecting, analysing and applying it.
• Willing to think outside the box and propose innovative solutions.
