About the role

NARBUTAS, an international office‑furniture group, is looking for an accountant specialized in inventory accounting to join its production site in Ukmergė, Lithuania. The role focuses on the complete accounting process for raw material purchases, ensuring accurate documentation and data quality.

Key responsibilities

• Register and account for raw material purchase documents.
• Administer documents related to material supply and receipt.
• Ensure timely and accurate entry of inventory data in the accounting system.
• Participate in month‑end closing activities according to assigned responsibilities.
• Prepare transport documents in the VMI system.
• Collaborate with other departments and suppliers.
• Contribute to process improvement, standardisation and automation initiatives.
• Perform other tasks delegated by the accounting team leader.

Required profile

• Attention to detail and ability to work quickly and accurately.
• Capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Previous experience in accounting.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
