Customer Relationship Manager

About the role

Edenred Finance is looking for a Customer Relationship Manager to become the trusted point of contact for key clients in Lithuania. You will build strong relationships, handle inquiries and turn feedback into improvements for our cross‑border transportation tax‑refund solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone using the ticketing system, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
• Proactively clarify and resolve challenging situations to deliver a smooth customer experience.
• Participate in meetings with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and propose suitable services.
• Translate customer feedback into actionable insights that help improve products, services and marketing efforts.

Required profile

• Excellent command of Lithuanian and English.
• Higher education (any field).
• Proven experience in a similar customer‑relationship role.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced, rapidly changing environment.
