Account Manager Mid Market – Trade Credit Insurance

About the role

The Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining relationships with existing clients, meeting their needs, expanding business volumes, providing consultations, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. You will build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with business clients and manage the assigned portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong and long‑term relationships with existing business clients.
• Take full responsibility for managing the assigned client portfolio and ensuring the highest quality of customer service.
• Oversee the contract renewal process, leading negotiations with company executives and trade credit insurance brokers.
• Provide expert consultations to clients on trade credit insurance and risk management matters.
• Maintain a high level of client satisfaction by ensuring comprehensive fulfillment of client needs.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, customer service or a similar position.
• Experience in banks, insurance, or credit collection is desirable.
• Knowledge of credit insurance is a strong advantage.
• Professional proficiency in Lithuanian and English (spoken and written).
• University degree in Economics or a related field.
• Motivated, customer‑oriented mindset with focus on delivering high‑quality customer experiences.
• Experience in a multicultural or international matrix organization is desirable.
