About the role

Join IKI, a leading Lithuanian retailer, as a Finance Controller. You will act as a business partner for various departments and projects, providing functional insights to senior management and supporting data‑driven decision making.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, verify, analyze and consolidate financial data for project performance evaluation.
• Prepare monthly and periodic financial and operational result reports to monitor company efficiency.
• Develop business scenarios, assess outcomes, benefits and risks, and deliver evidence‑based recommendations.
• Identify root causes of variances in business and project results and provide actionable insights.
• Monitor and control project portfolio expenditures, evaluate financial and KPI impact, and produce post‑project analyses.
• Participate in annual and medium‑term budget planning within your area of responsibility.
• Contribute to the improvement of control processes and tools for greater efficiency and accuracy.

Required profile

• University degree (Bachelor or Master) in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience in financial analysis or controlling.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Strong sense of responsibility, initiative and ability to work under fast‑paced, dynamic conditions.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

Required skills

• Advanced MS Office proficiency.
• Experience with SAP.
• Knowledge of Power BI.
• Working with databases.
