HubSpot Consultant – AI‑Enabled CRM Specialist

About the role

HIPER is looking for a HubSpot Consultant who can blend deep CRM knowledge with cutting‑edge AI to help clients transform their marketing, sales and service processes. You will own the end‑to‑end delivery of HubSpot solutions, from design through implementation, ensuring they are intelligent, scalable and aligned with commercial goals.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on extracting maximum value from the HubSpot platform.
• Translate business objectives into scalable HubSpot solution designs across Marketing, Sales and Service Hubs.
• Configure, customize and optimise HubSpot, building intelligent workflows, automations and AI‑powered processes.
• Integrate HubSpot with third‑party systems and manage end‑to‑end project delivery.
• Act as a trusted advisor, identifying opportunities to boost productivity, customer experience and revenue through AI and HubSpot.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Technology or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a client‑facing, project‑focused role.
• Strong project‑management capabilities and a commercial mindset.
• Excellent English communication skills; additional European languages are a plus.
