Merchant Account Development Manager – Global Ads

About the role

Wolt is expanding its advertising ecosystem and is looking for a Merchant Account Development Manager to lead the growth of restaurant and merchant ads in Lithuania. You will be responsible for launching campaigns, tracking performance and working closely with partners and internal teams to maximise revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a local strategy to drive revenue for restaurant and merchant advertising and promos.
• Build and maintain relationships with global brands, franchise networks, local restaurants and merchants.
• Lead a high‑performing sales team to meet and exceed ad revenue and customer acquisition targets.
• Collaborate with product, operations and analytics teams to ensure smooth campaign rollout and optimisation.
• Monitor campaign performance, provide insights and continuously improve results.

Required profile

• Proven experience in advertising sales or partnership development, preferably within the food‑service or retail sector.
• Strong track record of achieving revenue targets and growing client portfolios.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Self‑starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
