About the role

As a Store Visual Merchandiser you will be responsible for creating and maintaining the visual presentation of the store in line with H&M standards. You will work on the shop floor, implementing visual concepts, arranging product displays and collaborating with the team to inspire customers.

Key responsibilities

• Execute visual and commercial solutions according to H&M guidelines and store needs.
• Ensure attractive product presentation, optimal stock levels on the floor and a consistent visual identity.
• Analyze sales results and, together with store management, plan actions to improve performance.
• Share knowledge of fashion trends, visual merchandising principles and best practices with colleagues.
• Collaborate with the team to create an inspiring shopping environment.
• Represent H&M in customer interactions and contribute to a positive shopping experience.

Required profile

• Retail experience; visual merchandising or fashion background is a plus.
• Strong sense of aesthetics and understanding of how visual solutions drive sales.
• Ability to plan work, set priorities and organise tasks efficiently.
• Comfortable with active, fast‑paced work on the shop floor.
• Interest in fashion, visual presentation and current retail trends.
• Creative, proactive and results‑oriented.
