AI‑native Product Designer/Builder

About the role

Eneba, a marketplace used by over 20 million active users, is scaling its product team. We seek a designer who lives in AI, using it for research synthesis, rapid prototyping, and delivering engineer‑ready specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end discovery and delivery of marketplace features within a cross‑functional pod.
• Leverage AI tools to compress research cycles, turning interviews and analytics into insights within hours.
• Produce engineer‑ready handoff specs using AI‑assisted documentation and near‑code prototyping (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor).
• Redesign core marketplace journeys such as discovery, evaluation, checkout, payments, and trust.
• Design and iterate on experiments with measurable business outcomes (conversion, retention, GMV).

Required profile

• Active fluency with AI for research synthesis, spec writing, interaction exploration, or prototyping.
• Senior‑level experience designing complex digital products, preferably in marketplace or e‑commerce.
• Strong systems thinking applied to multi‑sided marketplace problems (buyer/seller dynamics, trust, payments, risk).
• Proven ability to design for outcomes, experiments, funnels, and measurable impact.
• High ownership and autonomy – you identify problems, shape briefs, and drive them to ship.

Required skills

• AI‑assisted design tools (Claude Code, Cursor or similar near‑code prototyping tools).
• Design systems thinking for multi‑sided marketplaces.
• Experience with research synthesis, analytics interpretation, and rapid prototyping.
