About the role

The Procurement Manager will lead strategic negotiations with key suppliers, discover new sourcing opportunities, and organise the entire purchasing process to meet defined targets. You will work in a dynamic retail environment that values innovation and sustainability.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in strategic negotiations with existing major suppliers to secure optimal price, quality, and delivery terms.
• Identify and evaluate potential new suppliers.
• Plan and organise the procurement process, ensuring goals are achieved.
• Conduct competitor and market analysis.
• Analyse data and provide recommendations for more efficient results.

Required profile

• Higher education degree.
• 2+ years of successful experience in procurement, supply, or negotiations.
• Strong negotiation skills and a results‑oriented mindset.
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Good command of English.
• Independent, communicative, and organised.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
