Store Manager – Šiauliai

About the role

The Store Manager will lead the daily operations of an IKI supermarket in Šiauliai, ensuring a fast, smooth and pleasant shopping experience for every customer. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, maintaining high service standards and fostering a motivated team.

Key responsibilities

• Execute sales plans and monitor achievement of customer service quality targets.
• Recruit, train and develop store staff, building a cohesive and high‑performing team.
• Manage inventory levels, product quality, merchandising and overall store appearance.
• Set individual and team goals, plan work schedules and control performance execution.

Required profile

• Higher education and proven experience in a similar retail management role.
• Strong understanding of retail processes, food product quality and hygiene standards.
• Excellent personnel management abilities: hiring, coaching, goal setting and team motivation.
• Positive attitude, ability to inspire colleagues and recognize achievements.
• Solid planning, organization and control skills with a focus on high‑quality customer service.
