About the role

We are looking for an experienced Mid‑Senior Microsoft platform engineer to own and improve our Power Platform ecosystem, ensuring stability, security and reliable operation across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy, configure and maintain Power Platform, Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Azure DevOps and Azure Cloud environments.
• Implement configuration changes, security settings, compliance policies and access management.
• Set up monitoring, logging and alerting tools; track resources, licenses and quotas and optimise usage.
• Define backup policies and execute disaster‑recovery plans.
• Resolve L3 platform and infrastructure incidents.
• Maintain Azure DevOps deployment pipelines.
• Develop automation solutions using PowerShell, Power Automate, Azure Logic Apps and Azure Functions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in technology or physical sciences.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in platform engineering or DevOps.
• Strong sense of responsibility for platform stability and reliability.
• Proficiency in Lithuanian (C1) and English (B2) for technical documentation and communication.

Required skills

• Power Platform (Admin Center, CLI, CoE Starter Kit).
• Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Azure Cloud services (Key Vault, Monitor, Log Analytics, Application Insights).
• Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
• Scripting/automation: PowerShell, Power Automate, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions.
