Business Intelligence & Analytics Manager

About the role

As the BI&A Manager, you will own analytics and reporting across Cast AI’s go‑to‑market organization, building data infrastructure, dashboards and metric definitions that enable Sales, Marketing, Channel, Customer Success and Executive Leadership to make confident decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end BI strategy for GTM analytics, from data modeling and metric definitions to dashboard delivery and adoption.
• Define and govern a single source of truth for core revenue metrics (pipeline, bookings, ARR/MRR, churn, retention, NRR/GRR) across Sales, Marketing, BDR, Partnerships and Solutions Engineering teams in AMER and APAC.
• Design, build and maintain executive‑ready dashboards and self‑service reporting for weekly and quarterly business reviews.
• Translate ad‑hoc stakeholder questions into structured, reusable analyses and deep‑dive cohort, segmentation, attribution and forecasting studies.
• Partner with Systems teams to ensure Salesforce and adjacent GTM systems provide clean, analytics‑ready data, and establish data‑quality monitoring and validation checks.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics or revenue operations, preferably in a B2B SaaS or technology company.
• Proven track record owning BI strategy and delivery, defining how a company measures and trusts its data.
• Strong SQL skills and hands‑on experience with at least one modern BI platform (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Sigma, etc.).
• Deep fluency with Salesforce data models and SaaS revenue metrics (ARR/MRR, pipeline, churn, NRR/GRR).
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to push back constructively on requirements or data interpretation.
