Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

Contribee is a digital platform that helps creators, organisations and communities monetize their audiences through subscriptions, one‑off donations, fundraising campaigns and product sales. The company operates in eight languages and is expanding into new markets. As a Digital Marketing Manager you will drive paid‑media performance and content marketing across multiple international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns, testing audiences, messages and creative assets.
• Create and adapt marketing copy for social media, newsletters and market‑specific landing pages.
• Analyse campaign and user‑behaviour data to uncover conversion and growth opportunities.
• Support the launch of new markets, products and feature‑focused marketing initiatives.
• Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity) for idea generation, content creation, research and process optimisation.
• Produce simple visual assets in Canva and brief designers for more complex work.

Required profile

• 2+ years of hands‑on experience in digital marketing, with proven results in Meta Ads, Google Ads and Google Analytics 4.
• Strong understanding of marketing funnels, conversion metrics and data‑driven decision making.
• Ability to craft marketing content and adapt it for different channels independently.
• Excellent English communication skills; Lithuanian is a plus.
• Proactive, analytical mindset and willingness to propose, test and measure ideas.
