Growth Marketing Manager (Subscription Focus)

About the role

Techi, a Kaunas‑based STEAM product company, is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to build a repeatable customer acquisition system for its subscription service, Smalsuolių klubas. You will own the end‑to‑end performance marketing funnel, from paid media to email conversion.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise Meta Ads campaigns, managing budgets, audiences, testing and performance metrics.
• Develop creative strategy, define new angles and formats, and brief designers, UGC creators and influencers.
• Design and execute email marketing flows, automations and conversion campaigns to turn existing customers into subscribers.
• Analyse CAC, ROAS and conversion data to decide what to test, pause or scale.
• Connect seasonal acquisition (e.g., Christmas) with long‑term subscription growth.

Required profile

• 2+ years of hands‑on digital marketing experience in a consumer business.
• Proven ability to run and optimise Meta Ads independently.
• Experience with email marketing and performance‑marketing metrics (CPA, CAC, ROAS).
• Strong copywriting skills in Lithuanian.
• Ownership mindset, comfortable testing ideas and iterating based on results.
