IT Onsite Support Engineer

About the role

Join Luminor as an IT Onsite Support Engineer to ensure a seamless technology experience for employees. You will provide reliable onsite and remote support, maintain end‑user devices, and continuously improve IT service quality across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Provide second‑line onsite and remote technical support for end‑users, handling hardware, software and connectivity issues.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot incidents on Windows, macOS, mobile devices, printers and collaboration tools.
• Install, configure, maintain and support desktops, laptops, mobile devices and related equipment.
• Assist users with Microsoft 365 applications such as Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint and Office.
• Manage device enrollment, compliance and lifecycle using Microsoft Intune, Autopilot and standard deployment processes.
• Support meeting rooms, video‑conferencing equipment and other collaboration technologies.
• Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, service requests, asset inventory and support procedures.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to escalate and resolve complex issues and contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Good understanding of Windows and macOS operating systems.
• Experience deploying, configuring and troubleshooting desktop, laptop and mobile hardware.
• Familiarity with Azure Active Directory and user account administration.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem‑solving and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment and communicate fluently in English and the local language.
