About the role

We are looking for an IT Support Engineer / Coordinator to ensure smooth daily IT operations within our national development bank. You will provide end‑user assistance, resolve technical issues, manage user accounts and rights, and contribute to the administration of Microsoft 365, workstations and IT infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Formulate technical tasks for external IT service providers and coordinate their execution.
• Participate in IT infrastructure projects, including new technology roll‑outs, infrastructure upgrades and cyber‑security initiatives.
• Coordinate updates and deployments of servers, operating systems and applications on workstations.
• Prepare technical specifications for procurement of IT equipment, products and services.
• Assist in diagnosing and resolving IT incidents.
• Administer user accounts, access rights and permissions.
• Provide consulting to employees on various IT matters.
• Contribute to the improvement of IT processes and the creation of a safe, efficient work environment.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of experience in IT support, administration or coordination.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows 11 administration.
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Intune and Entra ID.
• Understanding of core networking concepts: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN and Wi‑Fi.
• Ability to diagnose and solve IT problems independently.
• Responsible, organized and capable of planning own workload.
• Clear communication skills with users and external partners.
