About the role
COWI's Global Service Desk is looking for a Junior IT Support Analyst to provide first‑line assistance to internal users worldwide. You will join a team that delivers global IT solutions and supports the company's innovative projects.
Key responsibilities
- Provide support to all COWI employees globally for IT requests and incidents.
- Register and track all requests and incidents received by the Service Desk.
- Conduct webinars and create video guides to help users.
- Prepare and maintain technical and support documentation.
Required profile
- Eager to collaborate with colleagues, partners and customers.
- Respectful, reliable and open to continuous improvement.
Required skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft product bundle, including installation and configuration.
- Understanding of computer network principles and practices.
- Familiarity with ITIL methodology (advantage).
