Junior Software Engineer

About the role

Humbility is an algorithmic digital‑asset trading firm looking for high‑potential problem solvers at the start of their careers. You will join a team of 50+ engineers and researchers, learning to build low‑latency, market‑neutral arbitrage systems.

Key responsibilities

• Learn to develop high‑performance trading software using C#, Golang and Rust.
• Solve mathematical, algorithmic and engineering problems.
• Work alongside experienced software engineers and quantitative researchers.
• Investigate performance bottlenecks across software and infrastructure.
• Gradually take ownership of production systems where microseconds matter.

Required profile

• Strong mathematical and logical problem‑solving skills.
• Basic programming knowledge in any general‑purpose language.
• Ability to break down complex problems and reason systematically.
• Strong motivation to learn software engineering concepts.
• Proficiency in English.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Vilnius.
