About the role

TF Bank, part of Avarda Group, is looking for a motivated Customer Service Specialist to join its dynamic team in Vilnius. You will be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth, professional, and pleasant interactions across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with clients via phone and email, presenting and consulting on bank services.
• Provide fast, courteous, and professional assistance to client inquiries.
• Receive, process, and administer client applications and requests.
• Contribute to building a positive client experience.

Required profile

• Fluent written and spoken Lithuanian.
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and result‑orientation.
• Confident and professional interaction with clients, even in complex situations.
• Ability to resolve client issues effectively.
