Oracle Siebel Developer / Consultant

About the role

Join Ignitis Group’s Oracle Siebel team and help build a green, secure energy ecosystem. You will work on developing, maintaining and enhancing Siebel CRM solutions that support business users across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Support, maintain and develop Oracle Siebel CRM applications.
• Analyse, troubleshoot and resolve production incidents and application issues.
• Gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Design and implement system enhancements, change requests and integrations with surrounding enterprise systems.
• Work with Oracle databases, PL/SQL code and provide technical expertise for optimisation.
• Create and maintain functional and technical documentation while collaborating with international teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience in Oracle Siebel development (Siebel Tools, eScript, Workflow) with production support.
• Strong expertise in Siebel Tools components such as Business Objects, Business Components, Applets and Views.
• Proficiency in Siebel eScript, Workflow and EAI (Integration Objects, SOAP/REST web services).
• Good knowledge of Oracle Database 12c/19c and solid PL/SQL development skills.
• Experience translating business requirements into functional specifications.
• Strong problem‑solving and communication abilities.
• Fluent English (minimum B2/C1 level).

Required skills

• Oracle Siebel CRM (Siebel Tools, eScript, Workflow, EAI).
• Oracle Database (12c, 19c) and PL/SQL.
• Web services integration (SOAP, REST).
• Siebel Open UI, JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
• DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Agile/Scrum methodology experience.
