Junior QA Automation Engineer – Networking Solutions

About the role

We are looking for a Junior QA Automation Engineer to join our testing team in Kaunas. You will help ensure the quality of our industrial networking devices that power IoT, Smart City and Green Energy solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain automated test suites for WebUI, API and hardware‑integrated systems.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional engineering teams to identify, reproduce and document software and hardware defects.
• Monitor, analyze and evaluate automated test runs (smoke, regression, nightly pipelines) to guarantee product quality.
• Investigate and troubleshoot test failures, fixing unstable or broken test cases.
• Document defects with clear reproduction steps and test evidence.
• Provide documentation for automation changes, test coverage and results.
• Participate in test‑strategy discussions, suggesting automation improvements and tooling.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience with front‑end or back‑end testing.
• Hands‑on experience with test automation frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright or Appium.
• Proficiency in Python programming.
• Strong problem‑solving, communication and test‑failure analysis abilities.
• Ability to write structured test plans, test cases and documentation.
• Proactive attitude and ownership of product quality.
• Foundational knowledge of computer networks.
• Comfortable using Git and modern version‑control practices.
• Attention to detail and fluency in English (B2+).
