About the role

As a Sales Consultant at the PC Ozas store, you will play a key part in delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will greet shoppers, guide them through the store, and showcase our fashion collections while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

Key responsibilities

• Share product and fashion knowledge to help customers make informed decisions.
• Collaborate with the team to provide consistent, high‑quality service at every step of the customer journey.
• Maintain adequate stock levels, keep the sales floor tidy, and ensure a pleasant environment.
• Assist with opening and closing routines, including visual merchandising and inventory checks.
• Represent the brand positively in all customer interactions.

Required profile

• Interest in fashion and a desire to communicate with people.
• Comfort working in a dynamic, team‑oriented environment.
• Curiosity, willingness to learn, and openness to using technology in daily tasks.
• Flexibility, proactive attitude, and basic Lithuanian language skills (minimum A2).
