PHP Software Engineer – Revenue Platform

About the role

As a Software Engineer (PHP) you will join the team behind HomeToGo's revenue platform, the core system that handles financial operations across multiple brands and partners. You will work on rich domain logic, enterprise integrations and ensure the platform remains reliable, observable and easy to evolve.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and evolve the rules that determine company earnings and partner payouts.
• Build and maintain API‑ and event‑based integrations with Salesforce, SAP, payment systems and booking providers.
• Extend the platform with LLM‑based tooling, including MCP servers and AI agent workflows.
• Deliver trustworthy data to Finance and Business Intelligence, handling exports, alerts and quality checks.
• Keep the platform reliable and observable using Grafana, Prometheus and Kibana, and turn recurring incidents into lasting fixes.

Required profile

• 2+ years of professional backend development experience, preferably with PHP and Symfony.
• Solid understanding of relational databases, schema design, transactions and query optimisation.
• Hands‑on experience with LLM‑based tools and a habit of writing automated tests.
• Ability to work directly with business stakeholders and explain technical decisions clearly.
• Fluent English, both spoken and written.
