Product Designer - Internal Startups

About the role

Wix is looking for a Product Designer to join its Internal Startups group in Vilnius. You will fully own the design of early-stage, stealth startups built inside Wix, operating in a 0-to-1 environment where product-market fit has not yet been found. The group consists of software engineers, designers and entrepreneurs working on completely new products, free to experiment across the whole lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the entire design cycle of one or more early-stage products, from research, ideation and validation to UI and UX for every product flow scenario.
• Adjust code with AI and transfer your ideas to software engineers.
• Collaborate with internal startup project teams made up of entrepreneurs in residence and software engineers.
• Deliver strong visual designs in a fast-paced, AI-heavy environment.
• Bring ideas, usability improvements and brand updates, and explore new ways of working, methodologies and tools to shape the future of product development at Wix.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in product design, preferably building products from scratch.
• Strong knowledge of user experience design, including research, testing, information architecture, interaction, visual design and content.
• Great communication, organisation and analytics skills.
• Problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.
• Comfortable with ambiguity, experimentation and fast iteration.

Required skills

• Proficiency or strong curiosity with AI tools.
• UI/UX design and visual design.

What we offer

• Salary of 3,000 to 5,500 EUR gross per month, including an RSU package.
• Discount stock purchasing plans (ESPP).
• Health and personal accident insurance.
• Daily lunch and snacks at the office.
• Commuting allowance and discounted phone operator services.
• Free exercise classes, wellness activities and online courses.
• Fully in-person work model, 5 days a week from the office.
