Product Designer – Mid‑Senior Level

About the role

Ondato is building the next generation of its unified operational environment, Ondato OS. As a Product Designer you will simplify complex B2B onboarding and compliance workflows, creating intuitive experiences that have a visible impact on the product.

Key responsibilities

• Design intuitive and consistent experiences across Ondato OS.
• Own design tasks from problem definition through flows, prototypes, validation and final UI.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and engineers to explore solutions and bring features to production.
• Contribute to the design system and maintain consistency across products.
• Use research, product data, business requirements and user feedback to identify problems and improvements.
• Conduct user interviews and usability tests, turning findings into design improvements.
• Ensure designs cover accessibility, responsive behavior, edge cases, error states and technical constraints.

Required profile

• 3+ years of UX/UI or Product Design experience.
• Strong fundamentals in UX, interaction design, information architecture and UI design.
• Experience designing complex workflows, forms, dashboards, data‑heavy interfaces or admin tools.
• Ability to work across the full design process—from discovery to implementation.
• Independent work style, capable of identifying missing information and moving work forward.
• Experience conducting user interviews and usability testing.
• Experience working with and contributing to design systems.
• Strong attention to detail and consistency.
• Good written and spoken English.
