Product Designer – Orders Team

About the role

We are looking for a Product Designer to own the end‑to‑end post‑purchase experience for our marketplace. You will shape the order page, dispute flows and delivery messaging, working closely with the Product Owner and Tech Lead from discovery through launch.

Key responsibilities

• Define product direction for the order page and broader post‑purchase flow as an equal stakeholder.
• Simplify the buyer journey from entry to order confirmation, ensuring clear status visibility.
• Collaborate with customer support, supply and operations to turn recurring pain points into design improvements.
• Extend consistent messaging across email, notifications and web touchpoints.
• Rework seller feedback experience to boost review quality and completion rates.
• Design and iterate on the loyalty program to drive repeat purchases.
• Plan, run and analyse A/B tests to validate design decisions.

Required profile

• Proven ability to own the full product design process from discovery to delivery.
• Strong UI and interaction design skills backed by a data‑informed portfolio.
• Experience designing complex, multi‑step flows in fast‑paced B2C or marketplace environments.
• Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting design decisions to stakeholders.
