About the role

NTX Construction is seeking a Project Engineer to support the technical implementation, documentation, and coordination of construction projects across Lithuania. The role is full‑time and based on‑site, offering the chance to gain diverse project experience while contributing to significant building initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in construction project execution and ensure smooth implementation of technical solutions.
• Analyze project documentation, technical drawings and specifications.
• Prepare, administer and control project technical documentation.
• Organise and coordinate orders for construction materials, equipment and services.
• Collaborate with construction managers, subcontractors, designers and other project participants.
• Control quantities of work performed and verify compliance.
• Prepare work reports, progress reports and other project‑related documentation.
• Support schedule, quality and budget control.
• Resolve technical and organisational issues that arise during project implementation.

Required profile

• Higher education in construction engineering or a related field.
• Understanding of construction processes and main building technologies.
• Ability to read and analyse technical drawings and project documentation.
• Strong planning, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Responsible, meticulous and result‑oriented attitude.
• Good computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency in Lithuanian.
