About the role

We are looking for an experienced Architect who will also act as Project Manager, overseeing the full lifecycle of commercial and residential construction projects—from concept to delivery. The role requires close collaboration with designers, authorities, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage commercial, mixed‑use, and residential project portfolios.
• Oversee design contracts, documentation preparation, and coordination with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and regulatory bodies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and progress, ensuring adherence to deadlines.
• Guarantee smooth execution of design phases and successful hand‑over.

Required profile

• Higher education in Architecture, Construction, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in architecture, design, or project management.
• Proven ability to coordinate multidisciplinary project teams.
• Experience with commercial properties; residential multi‑family projects are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of design processes, regulations, and construction standards.
• Fluent Lithuanian and good command of English.
