Retail Sales Consultant – 40 h/week, Permanent

About the role

Join a leading fashion retailer as a Sales Consultant at the PC Akropolis store in Vilnius. You will be the front‑line ambassador, helping customers discover the latest trends while ensuring a smooth and welcoming shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and advise customers on fashion choices, sharing product knowledge to support informed purchases.
• Maintain store presentation, stock levels and cleanliness on the floor and in the stockroom.
• Execute opening and closing routines, including cash handling and security checks.
• Collaborate with teammates and the wider area team to deliver consistent, high‑quality service.
• Represent the brand positively in all customer interactions.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer service or retail, preferably in fashion.
• Passion for fashion and a desire to help customers feel confident.
• Strong communication skills, creativity and curiosity.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, team‑oriented environment.
• Basic proficiency in Lithuanian (minimum A2 level).
