Senior C# Developer for Interest Rate Service (IRS) solution

About the role

We are looking for a senior C# developer to join SEB’s Accounts Channels team in Vilnius. You will work on the Interest Rate Service (IRS) solution, a strategic component of our account administration platform built on .NET and Angular. The role is part of an agile squad that delivers new features and ensures high‑quality, performant software for SEB’s global customers.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain the IRS backend using C#/.NET and PostgreSQL.
• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to define, implement and ship new features.
• Participate in technical, architectural and methodological investigations.
• Ensure code quality, performance, and reliability through automated testing and CI/CD pipelines.
• Support production systems, troubleshoot incidents, and safely apply changes to code and databases.

Required profile

• Strong professional experience in C#/.NET backend development and application architecture.
• Hands‑on expertise with PostgreSQL, SQL and Entity Framework Core, including data modelling and query optimisation.
• Experience designing and integrating APIs and working with CI/CD practices.
• Ability to work in an agile environment and communicate effectively in English.
