Senior Product Designer – Payments Services

About the role

You'll be embedded in a cross‑functional squad, partnering with product, engineering and research teams throughout the product lifecycle—from discovery to launch and future iterations. Using the full range of product design skills, you will discover, research, design and deliver engaging, well‑crafted experiences across mobile and web, evolving concepts from early‑stage prototypes to high‑fidelity mock‑ups.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with a cross‑functional squad to drive the end‑to‑end design process.
• Conduct user research, run moderated sessions and analyse usage analytics to deeply understand members.
• Estimate design effort, track OKRs and measure the impact of design outcomes.
• Contribute to and maintain the Tide Design System, ensuring consistency and world‑class quality.
• Design and iterate mobile and web experiences, turning prototypes into high‑fidelity mock‑ups.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience designing digital products for web and mobile.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong product thinking, UX, interaction and visual design with measurable impact.
• Proven ability to identify research needs and run moderated user sessions.
• Experience designing complex products and collaborating effectively with product and engineering peers.
• Excellent storytelling skills to articulate the “why” behind design decisions.
• Impact‑driven mindset with pragmatic trade‑off decision‑making.
• Understanding of the full design process from ideation to launch and ability to work closely with engineers.
• Proficiency in Figma.
• Good knowledge of design systems and accessibility.

• Gross annual salary €45,600 – €71,000, flexible based on experience.
