Senior Test Engineer – Playwright | Test Automation | CI/CD

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Senior Test Engineer to join an international IT and business consulting client. The role focuses on designing, implementing and executing test plans for large‑scale, complex software applications in an Agile, cross‑functional environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, document and track software defects using bug‑tracking systems, ensuring resolution before release.
• Perform regular regression testing to verify that new features do not impact existing functionality.
• Design, implement and maintain automated test scripts with Playwright, Selenium, JUnit or similar tools.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to improve efficiency and coverage.
• Collaborate with developers, product and project managers to ensure smooth deployment in cloud environments.
• Monitor application performance, availability and logs, and share best practices across teams.
• Mentor less‑experienced team members and promote a strong quality culture.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience testing multi‑tier web‑based applications.
• Hands‑on experience with Playwright and test automation in large‑scale Agile projects.
• Proven ability to work in multi‑team, cross‑functional settings.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Experience with BDD and CI/CD integration.
