Store Visual Merchandiser (Full‑time)

About the role

As a Store Visual Merchandiser you will shape the visual identity of the H&M store in Vilnius, creating inspiring product displays that attract customers and drive sales. You will spend most of your day on the shop floor turning visual concepts into reality while collaborating closely with the sales and management teams.

Key responsibilities

• Implement visual and commercial solutions in line with H&M guidelines and store needs.
• Ensure attractive product presentation, optimal stock levels on the floor, and a consistent visual image.
• Analyze sales results and, together with store managers, plan actions to improve performance.
• Share knowledge of fashion trends, product presentation principles, and best practices with colleagues.
• Work with the team to create an inspiring shopping environment for customers.
• Represent H&M to shoppers and contribute to a positive customer experience.

Required profile

• Retail experience; visual merchandising or fashion experience is a plus.
• Strong aesthetic sense and understanding of how visual solutions impact sales.
• Ability to plan work, set priorities and organise tasks efficiently.
• Comfortable with active, fast‑paced work on the shop floor.
• Interest in fashion, visual merchandising and current retail trends.
• Creative, initiative‑taking and able to spot improvement opportunities.
• Team‑player who shares ideas and takes responsibility for quality of work.
