Account Manager (Evening Shift)

About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated Account Manager to join our Client Support team, focusing on onboarding and supporting partner agencies that use our call delivery platform. The role involves guiding new agency partners through our platform, explaining the agent runner and call routing infrastructure, and ensuring they maximize the solution.

Key responsibilities

• Onboard new agency clients, guiding them through the platform and explaining call management via our call runner and agent runner.
• Explain and support the agent runner, helping partners understand call routing and agent execution.
• Act as primary support contact for agency partners, providing guidance, troubleshooting, and best practices.
• Prioritize incoming tasks, triage and resolve partner needs efficiently.
• Track and analyze KPIs, call performance, conversion trends, and disposition reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams (publishing, tech, operations) to resolve issues and relay feedback.
• Share platform knowledge and improve onboarding processes and documentation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in account management, client success, or a similar partner‑facing role.
• Exposure to performance marketing, call tracking, or SaaS/platform environments is a strong plus.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with ability to interpret data.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Collaborative, adaptable, highly organized and results‑driven mindset.
