Account Manager – Retention & Growth

About the role

Wittix, a licensed Electronic Money Institution building a financial super‑platform for businesses, is looking for a driven Account Manager to own and grow relationships with existing business clients. The role combines client relationship management, retention and account growth to keep clients happy, active and expanding with Wittix.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop a portfolio of existing business clients
• Build strong, long‑term client relationships
• Increase client activity and transaction volumes
• Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities
• Re‑engage inactive or low‑activity clients
• Proactively identify and prevent potential churn
• Handle commercial discussions and pricing negotiations
• Work closely with Compliance, Operations, Payments, and Product to solve client needs
• Track account performance and growth opportunities

Required profile

• Experience in Account Management, Retention, Customer Success, or B2B Sales
• Fintech, payments, banking, or financial services experience is a strong advantage
• Commercial mindset and strong negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
• Proactive, ambitious, and results‑driven
• Excellent English
