Accountant – EMEA Accounting Team (Vilnius)

About the role

Join Dexcom’s EMEA accounting team based in Vilnius, supporting operations in France and India. You will deliver accurate, timely financial information, contribute to annual financial statements, and ensure robust financial controls in a fast‑paced, international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare annual financial statements and coordinate audit procedures.
• Perform detailed balance‑sheet and system reconciliations.
• Provide financial analysis and support to the Tax team for compliance and reporting.
• Manage fixed‑asset accounting, including tracking, capitalisation, and reporting.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to reflect projects accurately in the financial records.
• Identify and drive continuous‑improvement initiatives to streamline processes and strengthen controls.

Required profile

• Background in financial accounting with 2‑5 years of relevant experience.
• Qualified accountant (desirable).
• Experience with Oracle or other major ERP systems.
• Experience working with multiple currencies and jurisdictions.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Advanced Excel skills and solid PC/business‑software proficiency.
• Self‑starter able to multitask and meet deadlines.
