Accounting and Financial Reporting Manager

About the role

EY Lithuania is seeking a Manager for its Global Compliance & Reporting (GCR) practice. You will lead high‑quality accounting, financial reporting and tax compliance engagements for local and international clients, working across borders with EY teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage GCR engagements in Lithuania, ensuring timely, accurate delivery.
• Act as the day‑to‑day trusted advisor for clients, coordinating local and international delivery teams.
• Review and oversee the preparation of financial statements in line with Lithuanian and international standards.
• Plan engagements, manage timelines, budgets and risk, and escalate issues per EY quality frameworks.
• Drive standardized, technology‑enabled accounting and reporting processes and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Coach, develop and manage team members, fostering a quality‑focused culture.

Required profile

• Solid experience in accounting, finance management and financial reporting, preferably in professional services or a multinational environment.
• Strong understanding of accounting and reporting processes with practical client application.
• Proven ability to manage multiple engagements, stakeholders and deadlines simultaneously.
• Excellent analytical, communication and people‑leadership skills.
• Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
